Service providers create a job with payment terms, milestones, and required documentation. Payment obligations are logged to Nexum's designated payment account before any service begins.
Customer accepts payment terms
The customer reviews the job scope, agrees to payment terms, and confirms the engagement. Payment is secured subject to Nexum verification of actual receipt.
Track milestones and payment status
Both parties track real-time progress. Payments follow a controlled release workflow — each milestone is verified by admin before release approval is granted.
Built for
Nexum SecureFlow is a pilot workflow coordination tool. Payment will only be treated as secured after Nexum verifies actual receipt into the designated payment account. Release of funds requires admin release approval and is not automatic.
